Our Story
The Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation (DDHF), was founded in July 2021. It was named after the late Dailonna Dozier who had a heart for helping those in need, especially the youth. Our foundation began operations in Ghana, Africa. Since then, we have supported numerous individuals in other countries with basic necessities such as food and medical treatment. We also partnered with Kingdom Global Alliance Ministries to build an elementary school in Uganda which is making education more accessible to children in the area.
We Are Expanding
We are pleased to announce that we are expanding operations to the United States! Our mission is support our youth, especially those facing challenges with disabilities and financial limitations with essential resources and support, so they can live healthy and meaningful lives. We have already begun offering assistance. We have adopted a classroom in North Charleston, South Carolina and we will be distributing supplies to a school in the Aberdeen, Maryland area. We have also awarded a $500 scholarship to a nursing student at Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. We plan to expand our services to include; mentoring programs, tutoring assistance and family enrichment workshops. We are excited about the future of our organization!
