Meet Our Newest Friends
Students from the Mary Ford Early Learning and Family Center are all smiles after receiving a donation from the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation. Bishop Jacob Dozier, husband of the late Dailonna Dozier and Mrs. Mable Thompson, mother of the late Dailonna Dozier stopped by the center to deliver supplies and goodies to Ms. Hamilton & Ms. Miller's kindergarten class. Our foundation has adopted this class and will be offering support to the school throughout the year.
Mary Ford Early Learning and Family Center is a Title 1 school located in North Charleston, South Carolina and serves students in Pre K - Kindergarten. The school's mission is to "transform the lives of young children and their families, so that they can build a brighter future for themselves and their communities." We are pleased to partner with them and to help support their mission. This is one of the many schools our foundation plans to support in the future.
Continuing Dailonna's Legacy
Dailonna Dozier attended Mary Ford as an elementary student. The school held a special place in her heart. Over the years, she supported the school and donated supplies to students. We aim to keep her legacy alive by continuing to support the school she loved.
A special thanks to principal Loretta Hart; kindergarten teachers Tatum Hamilton and Sharon Miller; and child development teachers Felicia Cathron and Tania Ottaviano for allowing us to visit your school. We look forward to our continued relationship.
