Board Chairman
Kimberly Joyner
Kimberly has served as Board Chairman since June 2023. She resides in McDonough, Georgia. She has a B.S. degree in psychology and Christian counseling from Liberty University. Throughout her career, she has worked for non-profit organizations and grant programs. She has a background in workforce development and is an Army veteran. She was a close friend to Dailonna and witnessed the generosity she showed to others. In 2018, Dailonna asked Kimberly to partner with her in establishing an organization that would provide resources and programs for those in need. Dailonna passed away before the organization formed. Kimberly's mission is to help Dailonna's vision come to pass and continue her legacy.
Treasurer
Nia Newton
Nia has served as treasurer since January 2021. She holds a B.S. degree in Sociology from the College of Charleston and will be completing her Master's degree in Public Administration. She is a Supervisory Administrative Officer at the Birmingham Alabama VA Medical Center. Ms. Newton works closely with employees ensuring they are informed about education events and opportunities for personal and professional growth. She has a White Belt certification under Lean Six Sigma and will soon earn her Yellow page. Recently, she became a member of the Empowered to SEE ME Girl's Identity Summit. She is a Christian woman and loves to help others. She is excited to be a part of the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation.

Michele Johnson-Patton
Michele's heart and mission is to serve and be who GOD created her to BE! She is CEO of In our Image Coaching & Consulting, where she empowers women to "Get Dressed for Life" from the inside out. She is also the President and Visionary of the Girls Identity Summit, Inc, a 501c3, where the mission is to pour into girls, so they may fulfill their assignments. Michele served both in the Air Force & Army and retired after 20 years of service. She holds a B.S degree in Psychology from Columbia Southern University and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Mental Health & Wellness with an Emphasis in Family Dynamics. Michele is honored to serve as a board member, continuing Dailonna's legacy of giving a hand up, not a hand out.

La'Shenna Clark
La'Shenna brings a wealth of customer service experience, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills to the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation. She has been a member of the board since its inception in July 2021. She is a certified mentor and member of the Diversity and Inclusion Team where she is employed. On her job, she also works as a writer and was instrumental in the implementation of the Digital Estate planning program. She is a graduate from Summerville High School and attended South Carolina State University. La'Shenna enjoys helping others. Dailonna was her "bonus" Mom, whom she loved and respected dearly. She considers it a privilege to be a part of the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation.

Tara Little
Tara has been a board member of the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation since June 2023. She currently serves on the admin team. Her vast administrative skills have been an asset to the organization. Tara is an alumni of Eastern Connecticut State University as well as Sacred Heart University. Professionally, she is an Accounting Specialist. She is also a teacher and mentor for children in her local area. She has a heart for helping people, especially children, which has always been her passion. She believes whole-heartedly that we honor God by serving others. The Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation, is another way for her to offer hope and assistance to those in need. She is looking forward to seeing what is ahead for the organization.

Venetta Jackson
Venetta currently resides in the state of Maryland and is a Minister at New Life Body of Christ in Aberdeen. She has served 16 years as a civil service worker for the U.S. Department of Defense. She received her Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Central Texas College. Venetta has always had a passion to serve and has volunteered at multiple military chapel installations throughout the U.S. She serves on the Outreach and Fundraising committees of DDHF. She strives to be a blessing to all those she encounters. Venetta's hope is that the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation will become one of the many paths on her journey where she can help those in need. Her desire is to continue Dailonna's legacy of providing others with a hand up and not just a handout.

Janine Morrison
Janine serves on the Outreach and Fundraising committees of the Dailonna Dozier Help Foundation. She graduated from Cape Town College of Education (now Cape Peninsula University of Technology) in Cape Town, South Africa in 1998. She then embarked on a journey to America through a cultural exchange teaching program where she taught K-4 grade students for eight years. Following this, she dedicated five years to being a stay-at-home mom. In 2011, Janine transitioned to a new chapter, opening a home daycare. Today, she continues to provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children, fostering their growth and development. She shares Dailonna's passion of empowering the youth. She is glad to be a part of the DDHF team.
